Supposedly it's fan made, but I can't be sure either way. Looks pretty well done for a fan made spot.

TheGMan123 I thought Warner Bros. was the official channel for the trailers, tv spots, and other things concerning KOTM sneak peeks.

They are, but they don't post everything. The movie has an official channel, though that one doesn't get much traffic. The "Godzilla's World" and "Run" TV spots are on it but not the Warner Bros. YouTube channel; same with all the Twitter post videos from MONARCH sciences, such as "Key to Coexistence".
