Hello Godzilla-Fans out there. :) Maybe you can tell me this...

Why is Ghidorah called "the thousand year old dragon king" in Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack?

I thought he has slept for 2000 years...

Am I missing something?

No, you're not. It's just a cool title for that particular form. If I recall correctly he needed another 8,000 years to be at full power.

Sounds like a strange decision to call Ghidorah like that... Still a great movie. :)

Watched the movie again. It makes kind of sense to me now. They call him TTYODK more than once. Guess its´just his name... and I have to admit, it sounds quite awesome. ;)
