Ford arrives at home. he parks the vehicle and opens the gate. When he opens the door, his wife is cooking.
-Elle, Sam, I'm home!
Elle looks at him with a serious face, and immediatly looks to her cooking. Ford walks through the corridor on her direction and grabs her waist from behind and lays a kiss on her neck.
-I missed you so much. Are you still angry with me?
Elle ignores him and moves away from him.
-Come on Elle. You know I had to go.
-I know!-says she.-And as usual, me and Sam stay at home, worried that you don't get back through that door.
-Goddamit. You didn't say this when I was on the military disarming bombs.
-That does not mean that I liked it.
Elle sits down on the sofa, in tears.
-I can't live worried about you everytime you go to work.
-Do you think that I like going there? You can't even imagine how I feel everytime I go on a mission.
-I am done with this Ford.
-What do you mean?
-As soon as we return home, I am asking for the divorce papers and we will also deal with Sam's custody.
-What!? Elle, you have to think this through.
Elle looks away from Ford, but he kneels in front of her and slowly moves her head into his direction.
-Please. Don't do this to me, honey. You and Sam are the only reason that I am alive right now. Everything I do is to keep you safe, and you know that.
Elle gets up and resumes the cooking. Ford lays down on the couch and notices Sam peeking through the corridor.
-Hey champ.
-Why were you and mommy shouting?
-Nothing you should worry about. Wanna watch some cartoons with your dad?
-Yes! But not the japanese ones, I can't understand what they say.
Ford laughs and turns on the TV.

Roswell

At the same time

Biollante crawls through the desert with the police and military tracking it from afar. One of the lims extends into a rock and releases Dr.Shiragami in there.
-Erika, I still can't believe that you are still alive.
A human form starts shaping in front of him.
-I am so happy to see you dad. But we must run away. Godzilla is coming for me. I am not ready to fight it.
-I won't let anything hurt you. Not even a giant lizard.
-Thank you. Right now, I am weak. I need to feed.
-We are on the desert. As you are partially a plant, it is normal that you need some water.
-No, not water. I need a source of proteins.
-Meat?
-If possible.
Dr.Shiragami looks around and spots a small town.
-There must be a market in there. You can find some meat.
-Yes. Some meat.
A piece of tissue starts wrapping around Dr.Shiragami.
-Be careful Erika.-says him.

White House

At the same time

The president looks at the screen.
-We are asking you, Mr.President of the USA, to autorize the entrance of MIST on your soil to sort this thing out. They are willing to help taking down Godzilla.
-How is that possible? I don't beleive that Dr.Serizawa would let his pet lizard get hurt.
-Dr.Serizawa is not ahead of Monarch anymore.
-Is that so? Who made the call?
-We did.
-As much as I appreciate what you have done, I cannot allow MIST to enter our soil especially with the traitors Brody and Takashi.
-We understand Mr.President, but could you please open an exception? Those two are crucial members of the team.
-This is not a negotiation. It will be a cold day in hell when I allow Monarch to set foot on american soil. This conversation is over.
The president turns off the screen.

Meanwhile

-It seems that the president refused to cooperate. You know what do do.-says the Secretary General
-I understand. We will try to make this as clean and covert as possible.-says Graham
