post your ideas of an origin for Godzilla( this is not for the new movie by the way, its just about what ideas you might have), heres mine

ok so lets say that there was a rare phenomenom, maybe even a one time thing fot the omnivrese itself. lets also say that it is carried in the asteroid that ended up hitting yucatan in 65 million B.C. basically, this phenomenom is kind of similar to a singularity, ecxept instead of infinite matter, it is perpetually creating energy. when this crashes down on earth it hits what will become godzilla point blank, but instead of destroying the creature, it is absorbed by it, transforming it into godzilla. fastforward 65 million years and nuclear tests and such wake the beast up because absorbing nuclear energy makes the production of energy speed up and gives godzilla access to more power, and Godzilla craves this power like food.

this perpetual energy thing would explain a lot about godzilla like;

how his he so big, how can he survive for so long and in the harshest of enviroroments? why does he not need to eat?

the part about absorbing more energy enhancing it would explain godzillas behavior and gives a way that man can wake him up and cause all kinds of problems. it would explain basically how it is that godzilla is a force of nature, and yet somehow the destruction he causes is mankinds fault.

also, i was thincking that the phenomenon could be named after regenerator-G1

Godzilla is so big because of the radiation from the nuclear energy, the same thing happend to Rodan.

Godzilla is also able to hybernate just like King Caesar that's why his able too survive for so long because he saves energy & I believe Godzilla does eat, his favorite food is fish :P

Um... Let's see. He was created by a mad scientist and he grew to the size of King Kong but fell into a giant puddle of plutonium and grew up to be his current size!

Nah I'm just kidding! Megalon and I don't know his origin. We just know Orga's and how he never talks about it. But computers talk for us.

Is it a monster? No... a god

My own origin idea would be that Godzilla was a prehistoric species until the meteor hit prehistoric times and killed the dinosaurs and his species.but 1 egg had survived. 2 years later Godzilla quickly grown and is the only "dinosaur" left until eventually he was trampled by a huge avalanche in the artic ocean and was frozen.1954 bomb testing was tested and awoken the beast and the story leads from there
