Spotted on the set of Supernova, the iconic Monarch emblem seems to be updated for this film, with the M insignia now encased in a serpent of some kind...

Given its similarity to emergency responder emblems - specifically those designated for Ambulance, I'm willing to bet this department of Monarch deals with Titan care - emergency responders for Monsters.
