I'm Sorry.

The past few days I have gotten into arguments with another member of the site, Gman, who was repeatedly making snarky condescending comments towards others, specifically to fans of the MonsterVerse and the filmmakers involved with the series (something that I found extremely obnoxious). I attempted to call him out for his behavior, which quickly devolved into a pretty heated argument. Unfortunately, in my attempts to call Gman out, I ended up taking things too far and ended up unintentionally dragging other members into the fight, ones who wanted no part in it. At the time I didn't notice some of the comments from other members, like HinikunaGoji, and after reading them I realized that I was making the situation significantly worse.

In other words: I F***ed Up...  

In my complaints about Gman making the discussions unpleasant, I didn't stop to realize that my arguments were also making them unpleasant. In my attempts to "better the community", I ended up doing more harm than good. And in calling out Gman for his condescending behavior, I was also engaging in equally crappy behavior.  In all honesty, we were both being jerks. I was also in the wrong and I apologize for it.

If you would like me to leave the site for the time being, then I will. Though I hope that things can go better in the future...

Overall, I'm sorry for dragging any of you into an unwanted battle and for making these discussions unpleasant for any one. My conflict was with Gman, I shouldn't have dragged the rest of you in to it. I'm truly sorry for any problems that I caused.
