Modern Era

This is my own continuity that takes place in the 2000s-present. It begins with King Kong (2005), following Godzilla (2006), then King Kong Returns (2008), Godzilla: Rebirth (2009), King Kong: One King (2010), Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2011) and the remake of the 1962 film, Godzilla vs. King Kong (2012). There is also a TV series that takes place in the era too called King Kong: Skull Island (2021-present) and a spinoff film called Son of Kong (TBA).
