Is Godzilla's plasma breath getting stronger or weaker?

Some might say that for a fact Godzilla's Plasma breath is getting more dominant. Others are starting to say he's losing his magic. Reply and say if you think It's getting weaker or stronger.

In what context? Which Godzilla? Who is saying this? And why?

Like Godzilla in 2014 was considered the best and still is so does that mean Godzilla is getting weaker, or is he getting stronger and people just like the 2014 Godzilla better.

Best being what? And who specifically is considering the 2014 version stronger? I don't see this conversation anywhere.

I would assume in-universe his atomic ray in King of the Monsters is just as strong as it was in 2014 since it's the same Godzilla.
