He is about six feet tall, looks like a reptile with plates on his back and a long tail; he seems a bit bulky. He wheres an under shirt and boxer shorts. He sits on the side of the bed and looks on the clawed finger which now has the button on it.

I am not aware what her name is though I do know she is lonely. She tries to speak with the other passengers yet on the Tokyo subway it seems people do not desire to converse with each other. She always tries to begin a conversation with strangers who never reply.
Godzilla looks at her for a moment then back down at the ground.
GODZILLA'S NARRATION
I would not mind if she spoke with me, though she never has. I wish she would.
Godzilla turns and his tale hits a man behind him. Godzilla notices and bows his head.

An image of the photograph, a picture of Godzilla's son Minira; he looks like a more anthropomorphic version of Godzilla; a reptile in a suit. There is an image of a cup with pencils and pens in it. Then a image of an elderly couple sitting in front of the desk in two chairs looking at the camera; Haru and his wife Kokona. Haru seems expressionless but Kokona seems afraid. Then an image of Godzilla, who sits behind the desk looking at the camera. He looks at them for a moment then at his computer monitor. He then looks back at them.
GODZILLA
I am sorry, but your claim is invalid.
Haru seems upset.
haru
We lost everything in that fire. We will be penniless.
Godzilla looks at them for a moment then back at the screen.
GODZILLA
You where several months delinquent on payments for your policy. Our company policy is that your claim will be denied.
Kokona looks at Haru.
kokona
Let's just leave.

Mr. Takeda
I thought I had been clear when I informed you not to come into my office unless it was important.
GODZILLA
It is about a policy for a home.
MR. TAKEDA
Do your job. Company guidelines are very clear, you do not need to intrude yourself and speak with me. Do you need me to tell you how to do your job?
GODZILLA
I just wanted to ask.
Takeda interrupts him.
MR. TAKEDA
Sometimes I wonder if you still have a brain the size of a walnut.
Godzilla looks at the floor.
GODZILLA
I just wanted to say that the claim is valid.
MR. TAKEDA
Then why barge into my office?
Godzilla starts backing away towards the door.
GODZILLA
Forgive my intrusiveness Mr. Takeda. I just wanted to notify you.
Godzilla then leaves the office. Takeda looks at the door then grunts.
MR. TAKEDA
I don't trust that thing.
INT. GODZILLA'S CUBICLE SECONDS LATER
Haru and Kokona sit in front of the desk when Godzilla enters the cubicle and sits in his chair. He seems to avoid looking at them.
GODZILLA
My manager agreed to overlook the overdue payments for your policy. A check will be mailed to you with three working days.
Kokona looks at her husband, she still seems afraid.
KOKONA
Can we go Haru.
The elderly couple gets up, but when they go to leave Godzilla speaks up.
GODZILLA
May I speak with your husband alone.
She nods and leaves the cubicle. Godzilla looks at Haru.
GODZILLA
Why is your wife afraid of me?
Haru waits a moment then replies.
HARU
Sorry. She was a little girl when, well, she witnessed the first time you destroyed Tokyo.
Godzilla looks at him in silence for a moment.
HARU
Thank your employer.
Haru quickly leaves the cubicle. Godzilla looks at the exit to the cubicle for a moment when the scene freezes on his image.
GODZILLA'S NARRATION
I did not lie and risk my job to help this elderly couple, it was more an act of disobedience.
The scene resumes moving and Godzilla looks at the ground.
GODZILLA'S NARRATION
If you think I mind someone being afraid of me, you would be mistaken. Better to be feared rather then endure the subtle animosity all in Tokyo have towards me.
Godzilla then starts punching keys on his keyboard when one of his claws puncture and button. Godzilla looks at the button impaled on his claw. He removes it and throws it into a waste bin. He opens a drawer in his desk, inside are keyboard buttons which have bin meticulously organized. Godzilla takes out the correct button and places on the keyboard. He begins typing delicately.

When I opened this bar, I was expecting a refined clientele. Instead I have this.
A view of the other side of the bar. There are several tables which two monsters sit at. At one table is Rodan, a reptilian pterodactyl with wings and a sharp beak and wearing a t-shirt and shorts. A several beers is on the table in front of him, Rodan uses his beak to puncture one of the the beer cans then lifts it with his beak and drinks. Sitting at another table is Gigan, a monster with a beak also but with a single red eye, hoods for hands and a buzz saw in his chest; he wears overalls. He seems to try to lift a glass of wine with one of his hooks but the glass falls over. Gigan looks at the ceiling.
gigan
Why do I have hooks for hands? And what am I anyways?
Rodan drops his beer.
rodan
I don't even have hooks yet it does not hold me back Gigan.
A shot of Kimura behind the bar again.
KIMURA
Now I run a bar for monsters. I would ask them to leave but they are the only customers I have.

I think again you will outpace me when it comes to drinking.
Godzilla is looking at the floor. Rodan throws away his beer and looks at him.
RODAN
Another bad day at work G?
Godzilla nods.
GODZILLA
My temper got the best of me again. My manager gave me another lecture.
RODAN
I can't believe Big G, king of the monsters, is afraid of his boss.
GODZILLA
I do not fear him. I fear having to find another job.
Godzilla opens his beer and drinks from it.
GODZILLA
I need this job Rodan.
RODAN
I are close because we both are dinosaurs so I think I will cheer you up.
GODZILLA
What are you talking about?
RODAN
I ran into Mothera yesterday.
The scene freezes on Godzilla as he looks at the camera.

GODZILLA
How is she doing?
RODAN
She works in the human resources at some office in Tokyo, helping people with work related problems.
GODZILLA
She always was a sensitive type.
RODAN
She asked about you?
GODZILLA
What did you say?
RODAN
I lied and said you where doing well. I could not let her know that the king of the monsters is afraid of his boss and taking disrespect from everyone in Tokyo.
GODZILLA
I hope she is doing well.
RODAN
G, some advice. Never let her know how you feel about her.
GODZILLA
She is just an old friend.
RODAN
You are not a good liar. It is just that everyone knows that a relationship between a radioactive lizard and a butterfly would never work out.
GODZILLA
Of course.
RODAN
I know that love for types like us is not a good thing. I had a mate once, I and she spread fear and chaos across Japan.
Rodan then uses his beak to open another beer, he drinks from it then throws it away.
RODAN
The army exploded a volcano to destroy us. I watched her being consumed by flames. I could not live without her so I flung myself in the molten rock.
The scene freezes on Godzilla looking at Rodan.
GODZILLA'S NARRATION
Rodan often speaks of this memory, yet he never remembers telling me. Drinking is how he copes with loss.

I'll be fine.

GODZILLA
Remember Gidora.
Rodan nods.
RODAN
Of course, me and you fought him together several times.
GODZILLA
He has chosen to resume our feud.
RODAN
Why we all call you Big G at the bar. Us monsters all fear Gidora, but you, I bet you defeated him again.
GODZILLA
I deadliest adversary has a new ally.
RODAN
Who?
GODZILLA
My boss. He now works in the next cubicle.
Godzilla drinks.
GODZILLA
Now I am a joke at work.

Godzilla looks at him.
GODZILLA
If you could be big again, would you want to?

They both look at Godzilla.
GODZILLA
We will get into trouble.

What do you need help with?
Godzilla looks at her silently for a moment then speaks.
GODZILLA
I hope I do not offend you, but why do you look like that? You seemed much different then last time we met.

GODZILLA
You look very well Mothera.
Mothera looks at him.
mothera
I never would have believed that at heart, Godzilla was a gentleman.

I know. People still remember who you used to be before you changed. I cannot believe no one has told you that all of us former giants are in your debt.
GODZILLA
Why do you say that?
MOTHERA
Because all anyone remembers is Godzilla. You took all the blame for all the destruction we caused.
Godzilla looks at her.
GODZILLA
You where different from rest of us. You only did such things when the two fairies where in danger.
MOTHERA
Apparently Godzilla is very kind as well.
GODZILLA
No, just honest.
MOTHERA
How is your son?
He looks at her for a moment.
GODZILLA
Why do you ask?
MOTHERA
That was why you where always my favorite among us monsters, because even when Godzilla was fearsome; even a fool could see that he wanted to be a good father.
GODZILLA
He is doing very. Though I do not see him as much as I would like. He has a career in the public eye and I may harm his reputation.
Mothera then smiles.
MOTHERA
Like I said, anyone can see that Godzilla is trying to be a good father to his son.
Godzilla stands and the scene freezes on him.
GODZILLA'S NARRATION
I wanted to stay and talk. But I was scared of saying something which would make her loose the approval she had given me.
