Debate Week Season 7 Day 2: Rodan vs Megaguirus

Day 2! Let's go!

Let's start off with Rodan!

Now, Rodan has appeared many times in Debate Week so I will explain the basics.

Incredible speed and agility.

Can create a super sonic shockwave which eradicated Moscow!

The mere movement of his wings creates high velocity winds which can tear down buildings.

Of course, for melee purposes, Rodan uses his extremely sharp talons and teeth to pull over and knock down foes.

Also, his beak can destroy boulders, wow.

Rodan actually in the Showa era picked up Godzilla for a brief time and dropped him.

Rodan can emanate a beam-like blast of pure sonic winds, which can knock over extremely heavy beasts.

I'm going to do a little switch over to Rodan 93, just cause we are using all incarnations.

Rodan after absorbing the radiation left behind by Godzilla, transformed into Fire Rodan!

This max power version of him allowed for use of a uranium heat beam! Fire Rodan was able to step to Mechagodzilla 2 for a little bit, and was able to perserve the maser cannons and actually knocked over and pecked out the eye of MechaGodzilla 2!

Rodan can fly at mach 6 and was able to go through Disney world, all the way to Tokyo in four hours.

Time for Megaguirus!

Megaguirus is one, if not the fastest creature in the Godzilla franchise! She can increase her speeds so much that it creates a blur, that's just incredible. By use of this speed, she can easily outmaneuver Godzilla and step to nearly all of the Godzilla kaiju!

Although it doesn't have much use against kaiju, Megaguirus can emit shockwaves from her incredible speed that can shortcircuit electrical equipment! Guirus is no slouch when it comes to melee, with quick turns and barrels she can slice through steel and concrete with her sharp talons!

When Megaguirus is low on energy and-or just want to annoy her opponent, she uses her sharp wasp-like stinger on her abdomen to drain energy from her foe! In this process, the opponent is practically immobile and unable to fire beams; the technique is invaluable as she can transfer her energy into a mock-beam, as seen when she used it against the King of the Monsters himself, she created her own atomic breath!

I have concluded however, that Megaguirus has very low durability. She is easily overpowered by Godzilla, simple attacks from him are able to easily immobolize her, therefore she can be beaten easily, IF she is successfully attacked.
