Godzilla Wars: Aftermath- Chapter 4

     Still regaining their energy after the last battle, something is summoned by the Xiliens. It slowly comes out of the bright light. After it steps out, Godzilla immediately recognizes the monster as Gabara. Godzilla steps forward and roars. Gabara roars back and charges. However, Godzilla turns around and slams Gabara with his tail. The whip-like hit knocks Gabara to the ground. As Godzilla moves in for the finishing move, Gabara shocks him by shooting electricity from his horn. Godzilla stumbles back a bit, allowing Gabara to get up and shock Godzilla with his touch.

     Immediately after this, Gabara is knocked to the ground again by a kick from Godzilla. Godzilla stomps on Gabara, severely weakening him. However, a few Meganula suddenly attack Godzilla, which allowing Gabara to attempt to escape. As he gets up, he sees Godzilla Junior. Before he can channel electricity into his horn, Godzilla Junior leaps onto him. Repeatedly biting and slashing Gabara, Godzilla Junior eventually feels the creature stop moving. Leaping off, he watches as Gabara falls to the ground.

     As Godzilla approaches the area again, he sees Godzilla Junior by the dead Gabara. Before he can do anything, another monster is summoned. Godzilla sees Krystalak emerge. The beast bellows at the King of the Monsters and runs at him.

     Godzilla begins to charge up his Atomic Breath, but Krystalak reaches him. However, Anguirus appears from underground and claws the creature. Bellowing in pain, Krystalak attempts to fight back, but just as he claws Anguirus’s neck, he’s hit by a blast of Godzilla’s Atomic Breath. Stumbling back, Krystalak feels something in his neck, like a bunch of needles entering his skin. Then, he’s thrown to the ground. As a fleet of ships and Meganula attack Godzilla, Rodan flies in to finish off Krystalak.

     As the beast attempts to get up, Rodan pecks at him and slashes him with his talons. While this is happening, Mothra grabs his tail and pulls him to the ground. Rodan pecks at him again, but is met with a blast of Krystalak’s beam. Rolling over, he does the same to Mothra. Getting up, he charges at Godzilla and whips him with his spiked tail. Wincing, Godzilla shakes off the couple remaining Meganula and fires a blast of his Atomic Breath at Krystalak’s chest before he can attack again. Before he can get up, Anguirus, curled into a ball, lands right on him, defeating the wounded monster.

     Eventually, the fleet of ships is defeated, and the group prepares for the next monster. However, the next monster doesn’t fight on land, but in the water…
