There are strong men and weak men. The strong ones are here to keep the weak ones up when ever they fail.

AdminGodzillaAug-06-2015 9:47 AMIt's hard to say right now, but if it's fairly good I can see it getting a limited theatrical release. Not wide like Mexico and some other countries, though.

MemberMothra LarvaeAug-06-2015 3:25 PMI think it's quite possible to see a limited theatrical release for this film, like Godzilla 2000 received. Toho is clearly willing to negotiate distributions in the U.S. for their films as demonstrated by Attack on Titan, and Godzilla is their most important property.

AdminGodzillaAug-06-2015 5:27 PMA lot of it also comes down to who has the distribution rights for Japanese Godzilla films. Does Sony still have it? Has WB/Legendary picked them up? Are future Japanese Godzilla movies up for grabs? It's at an odd place distribution-wise.
If WB/Legendary have the rights I can't see it getting a wide release ala, Godzilla 2000, for the sake of conflicting interests.

Does the wide release in Mexico include Tijuana, Juarez, Mexicali, Ensenada and Tampico?
