Lets begin with Gyaos. Gyaos is a incredible flyer, being able to perform loops barrel rolls and aerial dodges in mid flight. Gyaos Showa can fire a bullseye accurate Beam from his mouth that was able to nearly incapacitate Gamera for a few seconds.
The precise Beam he created is created from his Super Sonic scream, which can resonate at 3 million herts.
Gyaos has immense regenerative strength, he was able to regrow his foot after a fight with Gamera for an hour.
Now Gyaos has a severe weakness, sunlight. It reduces all his strength and blinds him like a bat, but Showa Gyaos was capable of emmitting a fog that would obscure the sun and douse flames.

Now, Rodan has appeared many times in Debate Week so i will explain the basics.
Incredible speed and agillity.
Can create a super sonic shockwave which eradicated Moscow!
The mere movement of his wings creates high velocity winds which can tear down buildings.
Of course, for melee purposes Rodan uses his extremely sharp talons and teeth to pull over and knock down foes.
Also! His beak can destroy boulders, wow.
Rodan actually in the Showa era picked up Godzilla for a brief time and dropped him.
Rodan can emanate a beam like blast of pure sonic winds, can knock over extremely heavy beasts.
im going to do a little switch over to Rodan 93, just cause we are using all incarnations.
Rodan after aborsing the radiation left behind by Godzilla, transformed in Fire radon!
The version of him allowed for use of a uranium heat beam! Fire Rodan was able to step to mechagodzilla 2 for a little bit, and was able to perserve the maser cannons and actually knocked over and pecked out the eye of MechaGodzilla 2!
Rodan can fly at mach 6 and was able to go through Disney world, although the way to tokyo in 4 hours.

I think Gyaos would win the fight mainly because he has Regen and the beam thing that can slice though flesh and bones.

MemberBaragonMay-03-2015 8:03 AMThis basically comes down to if Gyaos could keep up with Rodan, Since I don't know exactly how fast Gyaos is it's kind of a toss up. Gyoas has a pretty strong beam but for being a flyer and fast Rodan is remarkably durable even in terms of kaiju. So if it's Fire Rodan and he has something to shoot back rodan wins, if not Gyoas wins.

MemberTitanosaurusMay-03-2015 8:36 AMThis is Showa Gyaos VS Showa Rodan. Although Rodan has held his own against the Showa Godzilla, Gyaos here has ranged power, as well as speed and maneuverability that nearly matches his. Overall, I'd say that it's a pretty even toss-up that could go either way.
