Iris is extremely powerful.
She has the abillity to drain-absorb the life force of her opponents! From that she can also take there power's as she did to Gamera, stole his fire ball!!
Iris can also suck things into her bio luminescent stomach which survives as a reviving purporse when Gamera is giving a whooping. Iris has rows of saw edged plates on her back capable of slicing through building's and much more.
Iris was able to combat Gamera with physical alone and force him to break off his arm due to her life steal murdering him.
Iris's official title is an evil god.....Gamera deals with Evil Gods?
Iris is capable of extremely high altitude and fast flight equaling and surpassing Gamera.
Now onto Biollante.
Biollante can grapple and choke with her many tendrils, capable of keeping Godzilla in place.
In her rose form she can spit a extremely corrosive sap capable of poisoning and harming Godzilla. Biollante when near death can split herself into thousands of cell's and can fly into space to regenerate, now thats supernatural!
Biollante's body seems to be effected by Godzilla's atomic breath, that counts as a weakness.
Biollante in her ultimate form can slide across the ground at actually really fast speeds. She retains her same abillities from Rose except a powerful additional one, Biollante can spray a radioactive posionous sap from her crocodillian mouth capable of nearly blinding and knocking over Godzilla.
Biollante's tendrils and vines were also capable of piercing the King's skin and filling it with Posion sap.

MemberTitanosaurusOct-31-2014 8:34 AMHmmmm............. Biollante has size and arguably strength on her side, and Irys has speed..... But then again, Irys did stab straight through Gamera's shell from the front through the back. Irys could probably absorb and utilize abilities of Biollante, and is more than fast enough in flight to simply pepper her to death.
It's a close one, but I think Irys could pull through, being very intelligent and powerful.

Iris did what it did because of the girl it merged with, she hated gamera and thus iris tried to make her goal of killing gamera, Biollante deepdown has the spirit of erika, this seems to be most noticible in her rose form, Biollante can retransform and is basicly imortal, and iris almost killed gamera, so id say maybe none of them would like to really figth, they have a lot in comon

MemberBaragonOct-31-2014 8:50 AMBiollante's immortal. That pretty much decides every single fight Biollante is ever in due to that fact. Even without it her vines easily pierced through Godzilla, her insane healing and the fact she can shoot acid not only from her main mouth but out of all the heads on her vines meaning she can attack from multiple angles while keeping the much smaller Irys there and simply overpower her.

Iris on the other hand is 93 meters tall right? If so, he/she would be able to handle biollante.
This is a tough one, but my money would have to go on biollante only considering it is immortal.
