Need help on a design for my G-series Doujin manga story

As i have informed, i am working on the storyboards and designs for my Kaiju Doujin manga named G-series, a story that features kaiju from Godzilla, Gamera, Ultraman and Pacific Rim, with other famous kaiju also making appearences. In the story, most kaiju's are classified by breeds (Gojirasaur, Angurusaur, Pterodanian, Gigans, Gaos birds, etc), and some have Male and Female members (Gaos Birds and Biobatids are examples of all female breeds, no males). Now i am currently working on the designs for the Gargantua Kaiju breed, and as far as males go i am basing the designs out of Matt Frank's Godzilla Neo Gaira and Sanda (but Sanda also has some Armored Titan elements from SnK such as armor plating). But i am curious as to what a female Gargantua would look like. So far, i am designing my female Green Gargantua (Gaira species), and as references i am using both the Neo Gaira and the Female Titan. I want her to not only look like a humanoid monster but, just like the female titan, look slightly appealing yet fearsome and scary. I want her to have an appearence that would make you go "HOLY SHIT, RUN!" but i am curious as to what you guys would think.
