The obious choice is to make a new movie with Battra in it as eithe rthe main villan or a major plot point. I see Battra workng s a way to tie Godzilla and Mothra's friendship/ pack bond/ respect for each other. How? In the Godzilla 2 movie, Mothra most likely will hatch as a larva during the movie. What if Battra is an egg that was put into the same nest as the Mothra's and possibly kills one of the babies until Godzilla comes and kills him or injures him? This way the Mothra(s) would trust Godzilla and follow and help him fight. This may sound stupid but this way Battra gets in a movie and Mothra has a reason to help Godzilla. Also Battra could come back and try, and might succeed, to kill one or more of the Mothras. What do you guys think? Would Battr aneed his own movie or just squeeze him into the 2nd or 3rd movie? I forsee her being depicted as a giant ancient insect that protects the planet and possibly is worshipped as a goddess by a group of islanders. In that case Battra could be another member of the same species that perhaps has a different color scheme and a less benevolent personality. I don't forsee them being portrayed as actual divine beings like in the old movies, but rather powerful creatures that are seen as gods.
