Biollante Apperances: Godzilla vs Biollante

With climate changing and droughts becoming more common, scientists have decided to adapt to the new climate instead of trying to fix it. The first thing the researchers worked on was improving plants with less water. Plants like cactus are able to live in the new world but most plants that we rely on like crops and trees for lumber. After a few attemps to make the plants need less water some radical scientists, including Serizawa, try to make plants move on their own to find the most water. After a few succesful tests with vined plants like watermealons and tomatoes that would move their roots to the neaersts source of water. Then a increase in fly populations around the world cuased by several animals dying makes Serizawa and his team try to make an improved version of Venus Fly Catchers. To take care of the flyies they make enlarged fly catchers and using the new technology that make sthe plants move around. Unfortunately the Venus Fly Catchers tested would grow to big and would attack the scientists involved with the tests. After one test a spore was created during a test and was exposed to the outside world due to a tear in a suit. After the spore travled through the air it started to grow in the Rocky Mountains feeding on animals passing by it. The rest is up to Gareth.
