The Awakening of Kijura: Chapter 7

Here is chapter 7. It is kind of short, it sets up the next chapter.

     After Firrarus started sharing the Reactor with Kijura and Little Luna, life was great, until the Reactor started to lose power. Two giant Kaiju and one mid-sized Kaiju all taking radiation from the Reactor was taking its toll on it. They decided to find a larger Reactor that could sustain all their needs for radiation, and had a bigger territory.

     They set off early one morning in search of a new home. They split up thinking it would easier to find a bigger Reactor by covering more ground. Firrarus went be himself, and Little Luna went with Kijura. After the first day, they found nothing, after a week, they still found nothing, and after a month, still nothing. They were running out of time, the Reactor was losing power.

     They continued looking, but they couldn’t get far enough away to look for a new Reactor, when they couldn’t get to far away from their current Reactor. They decided to all set off together and leave to the dying Reactor.

     After the first week they found nothing. It was hard to go a week without radiation from a Reactor. They tried getting radiation from Reactors they pasted, that were only good enough for one use between the three, but the owners of the Reactors wouldn’t let them.  They were just too weak to fight. Then, after all the time of trying to find a Reactor, they finally found one. The only problem was, it was guarded by a group of Shinomura’s.
