Godzilla 2 Trailer Idea

     This is something I wanted to do for a while now. At some point, I may even write my own version of the sequel on this forum, just like someone else here did (sorry I can't remember your name). Anyway, here we go!

     Static shows up on the screen. It becomes more clear and we see a live broadcast on CNN, discussing the lives lost in Honolulu and San Francisco and what caused these people to die. This goes on for 15 seconds. We then fade to more news channels discussing whether these animals should be avoided and supplied with radiation to avoid the loss of thousands, or should be killed as soon as possible. Sort of a democrat x republic argument. Everything goes topsy-turfy and the screen goes static again. We hear screaming. People screaming. We hear clicking. Horrible clicking. The screen cuts to black.

     "I'm glad you could all come out here today," says Serizawa. The Legendary logo appears in front of a black background with orange and red fog everywhere. We are then shown Serizawa talking in front of a group of people up on a stand. "I know we are all split on what to do here, and I wish to communicate my personal opinion on the matter." He goes into deep a conversation, discussing natures organization and how it restores itself. As he does this, we see a rainforest. A rainforest with large footprints which lead to nowhere. Quite a distance away, the jungle is knocked down and destroyed. We then see an arctic landscape with a big explosion going on far out at sea. Soldiers rush to the shore to get into battleships. A city in Shanghai is ravaged and seems destroyed by massive amounts of wind. The camera pans to the left and we see a large tuft of white fur with scientists surrounding it and people being kept at bay. Cut to black. "There are others."

     "IN 2017" ... Civilians scurry off to the right, up California street. The camera pans to the left showing a big cloud rushing towards them. Helicopters hover over a submarine which seems torn in half. They get closer and see claw marks all over it. "Trust me when I say that I pray for all of those men and women struggling for our lives out their as we speak!" A large, spiked tail is dragged through a village. The villagers rush to the safety of the overgrowth. Ford hugs Ellie as tears stream down his face. A large claw plows through a building and smashes on the ground, crushing many civilians. The leg reaches far up the beast, as though it's legs are the only part of its body to touch the ground. Three fighter jets storm off to the right in the background as two pairs of wings go crazy in a city, kicking up dust. A helicopter pilot desperately communicates that he got lost in a cloud and has no power. A large silhouette of a long necked beast rises up. It has two large obstructions coming out of the sides of its body. The helicopter crashes into the ground and slides into the camera. Cut to black. "All we can do now, is let them fight."

     Soldiers escort civilians through the streets as the king we all know stomps his foot no more than 5 meters in front of them. He purrs as he lifts his other heel up.

     There is a quick, action-packed montage as the infamous roar of a god is heard at ear-splitting levels. The head of a large pterosaur is shown roaring as a silhouette of something sleek zooms off to the right in a large dust cloud. Cut to his head sticking through a collapsing building. We see him. Gojira.
