When revealing his ideas if a Godzilla sequel were to happen, Gareth Edwards stated it would be cool to have a Destroy All Monsters scenario with a Monster Island. As we, know Legendary revealed their plans to have a movie based on Skull Island, in which the description looks alot like Monster Island. Could Skull Island and Monster Island end up being the same place set in the same universe to interconnect the Godzilla and King Kong franchises?

NOPE, NOPE, NOTHING< NOT A DAMN THING!!!

It would be pretty awful if Monster Island is Skull Island, having a giant ape running around is definitely what most fans dont want in the Godzilla universe, especially in LegendaryGoji

Actually id like to se that, But Kong and godzilla films beeing seperated by many dacades, say some pepole discovered kong in the 30's before the gouberment knew of gaiant monsters

Yea, I 'd personally like to see it and would love to see a King Kong vs. Godzilla rematch.
