These are my ideas:

Atomic Breath (Duh!)

Smoky Fire Breath

Lightning-Empowered Atomic Breath

Steamy Fire Breath

Tail Swinging

Nuclear Pulse

Super-Charged Mode

Full Power Atomic Breath (DUN DUN DUN!)

Back Fins Hurt!

Laser Eyes (I liked the idea in the other movies. Problem?)

His normal atomic breath is technically lightning empowered because he has an electric dack in his stomach which creates an electric spark to power up the atomic breath. Except for full power atomic breath, tail swing, back fins hurt I think everything else wont be included. If super charged mode is referred to as an overcharged atomic breath, then that might included

Smoky fire breath: sort of what the atomic breath was so yes

Lighting powered atomic breath: Well due to the electrical sack theory that i invented based on evidence, "Dont mean to brag but yeyeyeyeyeyeye" His atomic breath is already lighting embued to create the atomic breath, His sack creates sparks to circuit the atomic breath using plasma and organic electricity. Steamy fire breath: No

Tailswinging: Already done so yes!

Nuclear pulse: Not sure it could happen

Super charged mode: Yes

Full Power Atomic Breath: Absolutely
