Maybe the muto could win. Here is how, Battra never showed melee abillites! Perhaps the male could fly from her beams and get a good few stabs in! That would give Muto the upper hand due to him being able to beat up on Battra.

Battra can disharge energy from her body, so so even if the male stabs her she can electrefy him

i'd say battra because of the energy discharge.

What about the emp?

Batrras beem is not electrical so the EMP dosen't afect her or the energy disharge
