A Godzilla type game

   I'll get right to it. I have an idea for a godzilla type game that...well after months of thinking about...I now wanna do SOMETHING about it. Before all that, I'll just share what I've thought of. It'll be in three sections. (This will be a lenghty post)

 MUTO gameplay-Now as I'm very sure MUTO is copyrighted and such, it's a place filler. I don't wanna use the term "monster" as well it's over-used. If you choose to play as a MUTO, you'll first choose what type (Air, land, sea) then from there edit how you want your MUTO to look. From colors all the way to powers and in between. From there you'll (depending on what your type is...both air and land will start on land) hatch. At this stage in your life military are a very huge threat to you as the damage you cause the more they'll throw at you. Normal gunfire isn't going to hurt you, what will though is tanks and other heavy weaponary. Now as a baby you can eat humans to gain health if badly hurt and to help you grow up faster. If you so happen to get taken down instead of dying you'll end up transported to a high level military base where a amount of time will go by and (the screen will be black until you awake again) once you awake you'll either be a teenage MUTO or a adult. It all depends how how much you had grown before being taken out. Now, as an adult/teenager human wepons won't really phase you (teenager stage too many tanks and other stuff could cause issues) Adult's though only have one thing to fear. Other MUTOS.  It is now here that the world economy will pop up and you'll learn about how your actions will effect the humanns. This will be when another thing will pop up. "Earth Savior" or "Destroyer" 

 Think of this as pretty much if you're good or evil. If you're good (might not seem fun but, if it ever gets made it'll be just as rewarding as defending as it will be destroying) you'll fight the Destroyers. (Of course you can fight any other MUTO) The humans will learn if your a savior or not and will react accordingly to you. A good guy? Don't really have to worry about the military. Bad guy? Military will use everything it can to stop you. (World economy determines what they throw at you) You can go from Earth Savior to Destroyer and from Destroyer to Savior. It all will depend on your choices. 

 The combat would be fluid. You a flying MUTO? Ran into another one and he's not nice? Knock him out of the sky. Ability to damage body parts. Example. Wings. The wings of the MUTO wouldn't be its arms. It'd have actual arms so it could actually do damge instead of smacking someone around with your flappy wings all day. You can pick up and throw your foe into things like the old Godzilla games only, only with actual building physics and the environment able to be ruined. (That require a good game engine) Buildings crumble in  a very life like way with smoke and fire and all that cool stuff. The underwater battles offer new ways to fight and you could have to deal with the Navy of any country. All in all the entire goal would be made to feel as real as possbile. 

Human gameplay- You start in bootcamp. But before that, choose what your guy will look like, class and if he/she knows how to drive a tank/fly a jet and so on. (Chose a tank but wanna fly a jet? That's alright all you gotta do is learn it! Same withe the different classes ex. assault, medic and so forth to learn their skills to further help you on your missions) You aren't safe in bootcamp however...whatever city where your bootcamp is...can be attacked at any moment. Let's say you're unlucky and one or more attack? You'll either be sent to the front lines where you job is to fight and push back the MUTO(S). Or if not able to really do that at least give time for those on evac duty to get the many people out of harm's way. Got sent on Evac duty? You're entire mission is to get the civs to saftey, call in transports from land, air and sea. It won't be easy however, because not only will you have worry about the MUTO attack the city...the destruction caused by it can stop you. Rubble, falling skyscapers, fires and other hazard will be present IF the front line assault/defense failed. If it had stopped the MUTO...your mission will be easier/done. Depends. Nothing is certain. 

 So you have a group of civs on a rooftop, you know what your mission is get them out of there. Only issue there's two fighting MUTOS near you. As you call in evac for them one of the MUTO's get's hurled at the base of the building, doing just enough damage that is now starting to fall sideways. You will slide towards the edge of the roof and will will see the people slide off the roof. Now your life is in grave danger you can either allow yourself to fall to your death or...try to jump onto another building and hope that you make it or, don't cut open your leg as your break through the glass. That MUTO has now gotten up and that building your in just got smacked in rage by it. You're now falling out of the window only to be saved by power lines. 

  As a human will rank up and earn money. The money will only be used for to upgrade weapons and such. Ranks will mean what all you're allowed. And once you reach a high enough rank it'll be YOUR job to deploy troops (NPC and human) and if the players don't follow your commands you can list them as a traitor and have issue an arrest for them. (NPC and players can get you) The human players though will get a cash bonus but not so much that peopel can abuse it. (And once your arrested you get kicked out of the military...fun things there huh?) Also remember world economy? If that gets too low or high enough humans will make something massive to stop the MUTOS. Only the best players will be able to pilot one. (Or if anything have it to where a high enough rank and everyone can have but, if it gets destroyed you'll have to wait a few days until it's repaired.) Talking about a jeager...although they'd have to be called something else. These bad boys will give MUTOS a run for their money. And every human player same with NPC's will know who's a nice MUTO or who's been very bad. 

MUTO upgrades and other stuff-Now jeager's and the MUTOS can be upgraded. MUTO's it'd be things like damage, health, whatever power your MUTO has damage increase and such. How to upgrade the jeager's will be through money and you can get things to make you more prepared for combat, MUTO's you'll get upgrade points over time. To make it feel as through you are actually growing stronger. There might be a skill tree as well. Don't really know. If so, you cna assign points and once you max them out, go to tier 2 skill tree and so fourth. The skill tree thing would be up to you guys...that is if you evne like this idea and all that. Now on to the game world which is something I haven't talked about. My main and crazy goal? Every city,town,country will be your stomping ground. If that could be added...then as a human you could be requested by another country to help them out. After all you're in this together right? 

  Now away from the actual game idea to the question at hand. Do you guys like this idea and is this something you'd be willing to get behind? And just because I feel like this will get asked...I'm just an 18 year old who wants to make a great game. There are really no games out there of Godzilla/monsters games to this scope. This'd be a fan made game for the fans. (Nope I don't know a thing about making a game which is why I shared the idea to you guys. So just maybe it can acutally be made...as I feel like if I pitched my idea to a big game developers it wouldn't be done right. WHat recent Godzilla gam have we gotten recently? Godzilla smash3? Yeah...amazing game right there can't even play it...Anyways!! Enough or my end rant thing...hope you like the idea...and hopefully it'll beome more then an idea.
