Was the Elvis song in the film suppose to be reference to anything?

The scene took place in Las Vegas. Elvis is very popular in Las Vegas. The scene was following the evil and destructive Female MUTO. The song they chose was '(She's The) Devil in Disguise'. The song was talking about the Female MUTO.
