This heavy metal song is quite fitting for Godzilla

I'd have to disagree with you there. I didn't get any sense of scale, power, or danger from that song. To me it sounds like a song a medieval minstrel would sing with some heavy metal instruments played in the background.

Heavy metal doesn't work well with kaiju (excluding that fight with otachi in PR)

Have to agree. The heavy metal stuff that's put to Godzilla music videos is very clunky and clashes with the images. I don't think there's one "heavy metal" song out there that goes well with Godzilla. The only song remotely near the genre to come the closest was the awful Blue Oyster Cult song which, admittedly, only works in an ironic way.

The lyrics are about a nuclear fallout that didn't happen. What I meant to say that it at least reminds me of godzilla. I just misinterpreted my topic because I didn't think for a second time, I apologize that I said it was fitting for godzilla. It just reminds me of godzilla because of its lyrics about hysteria of what seems to be the end of the world and isn't godzilla suppose to be humanity's end and the symbol of nuclear disaster like in the 1954 film. That film felt dark and is always a masterpiece .

Being a Godzilla fan who only saw 2 godzilla films in my entire life and as a relatively recent member of this site. Im just here to chat with godzilla fans about anything, hell, you and I could make a two hour conversation with that building in the background in Godzilla 2000 (just joking). Im hyped for the new movie.

uhh.... no offense to you heavy metal lovers out there but to me the music all sounds the same however i would rather listen to heavy metal over todays country music XD
