anyone here skeptical about november 3rd being the release date for the dvd and blu-ray?

i've been thinking that, but it might not happned also

It would definitely be appropriate, and very awesome!  But I wouldn't get my hops up.  Movies are very rarel on the home video market on a special date that is significant to the movies or series, but is isnt unprecidented.  Personally, I am hoping to own it a LOT sooner than November.  Pacific Rim was released in mid October, only three months after it hit theaters.  That seemed awfully quick to me, and I hope Godzilla is in theaters longer than Pacific Rim was.  I can't forsee Godzilla getting a Blu-ray/DVD release in August or earlier, but November might be a little late for a mid May theater release.  If it is released later, than November 3rd would be perfect!

it depends how long they want to keep it in theatres, which is determined by how well it does. So, no one can say. If it is wildly popular when it comes out, it may just take that long, on the other hand, we may see it as early as August.

Yeah doesnt it depend on how good the movie does in theaters? U know, if it makes tons of money then it would still stay in theaters right? So November 3rd? I doubt it sorry

back when I was a kid youy could own a copy 6 months after but they can't do that anymore because of the internet. Trust me it'll be out three months after wrapping up in theaters

If' it's really on that day, then it'd be doubly great for anyone who's birthday is in November. Would love to have that as a birthday present, even if my family doesn't really believe in gift-giving once you hit 18. lol
